Buyer sends money while seller provides title to Onyx Title. After closing, the title transfers to the Buyer and funds are released to the seller.

Why we started

Onyx Title was started by a group of founders with decades of real estate experience. We’ve seen all sides of this industry and have a deep understanding of the expectations. We wanted to take that consumer experience and work backwards from it to offer the most innovative and streamlined experience possible.
